All warranties are a 90/120 term. The warranty will end 90 days after the closing date or 120 days after the date of the inspection, whichever comes first.

Additional Fees and Payment Policies
We work hard to provide clear pricing without added fees.
Our Weekend / Holiday Policy
No additional fees for weekend appointments. We charge a $50 premium holidays (see our contact page for a list of holidays when we are closed).
Travel Policy
- We offer a 100 mile round trip for our clients complimentary to your inspection.
- We charge 75 cents per mile outside the complimentary 100 miles.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at time of scheduling or before services are started.
- At this time we do not offer defer to closing cost payment options.
- Inspection reports are released to you and your agent after funds are secured.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We’re here to assist you and understand that plans can change. If an inspection must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time, a $150 fee will apply.
