Additional Fees and Payment Policies
We work hard to provide clear pricing without added fees.
Our Weekend / Holiday Policy
No additional fees for weekend appointments. We charge a $100 premium for holidays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day.
Christmas and Thanksgiving will be a $300 service charge.
Travel Policy
- We offer a 200 mile round trip for our clients complimentary to your inspection.
- We charge $1.00 per mile outside the complimentary 200 miles.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at time of scheduling or before services are started.
- We proudly offer Guardian Flex Pay, giving our clients the flexibility to pay at closing. Please note: a third-party service fee applies for this option.
- Inspection reports are released to you and your agent after funds are secured.
