In addition to our full home inspections, we offer ancillary inspection and environmental services that can be added to your inspection or scheduled separately where available.

Additional Fees & Payment Policies
Weekend, Holiday Policy, & Fees

No additional fees for Saturday appointments. If an inspection is needed on a Sunday it will be subject to $100 in addition to inspection fee.

A $75 holiday fee applies to inspections scheduled on:

A $300 holiday fee applies to inspections scheduled on:

Beginning October 15th, 2026, Homes over 80 years old will have an age fee of $50 in addition to the inspection fee.
Travel Policy

Up to 100 miles of travel is included with your inspection at no additional charge.

Travel beyond the included 100 miles is billed at $1.00 per additional mile.

Beginning September 21, 2026, services may be subject to a fuel surcharge of up to $10 due to increased fuel costs.
Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of scheduling or before inspection services begin.

Guardian Flex Pay is available for clients who prefer to pay at closing. A third-party service fee applies.

Inspection reports are released to the client and their agent after payment or approved funds are secured.
